Adam is an enthusiastic mechanical engineer with a passion in technology development. After getting his Bachelors degree at Texas Tech University, Adam worked in different industries including HVAC and product manufacturing. He later went back to Texas Tech where he graduated with Master of science in Mechanical engineering and Bioengineering with a concentration in thermofluids and an outstanding thesis. His skills include product design, finite element analysis, computational fluids dynamics and project management. Adam is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas.
Parfait Masungi
Vice President
Parfait was born and raised in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Parfait is very passionate about math, science, engineering, and lead-
ership through the lenses of a civil engineer. The immense joy of
being a civil engineer for him comes from the ability to solve prob-
lems in a creative way and seeing the solutions of those problems
getting built by shaping the environment and blueprints of our in-
frastructures. As a proud product of Africa, his vision for the Congo
is to make a difference in structural engineering, technology, renew-
able energy, education, and business by developing new technologies
and designing spectacular infrastructures (bridges, skyscrapers, in-
dustrial/residential/commercial facilities, etc) using structural steel
and other materials in all provinces of Congo. Along the way, Parfait also
envisions uplifting the educational system of the youth in Congo. In
particular the education of young boys and girls who reside in poor
regions where access to quality education and infrastructures are not
provided. In the words of Zig Ziglar, ”I believe that we are all created
with a purpose, designed for accomplishment, engineered for success,
and endowed with seeds of greatness.”
Nathan Muteba
Vice President
Nathan Muteba is currently a student majoring in electrical engineering, and minoring in mathematics and in physics. As an engineering student, Nathan has participated in numerous engineering showcases at Texas A&M University, his school, where he has presented his group’s solution to problems faced by industries such as the oil and gas industry to the banking industry; these included an autonomous drone and an AI model performing predictive analysis. An AI enthusiast, Nathan has developed several AI models, some currently hosted on his Amazon SageMaker account, whose application vary between trend analysis, image processing, and text analysis. Nathan’s hobbies include watching animes, movies, or documentaries, studying subjects outside his area of study (history, in particular), and meditating in parks.

Naomi Mirindi

Naomie is a Congolese chemical engineer, graduated from the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
After graduating from a bachelor's degree, Naomie pursued her master's degree in Organic Chemical Engineering, which she earned with distinction.
Conscientious and discreet, Naomie is passionate about research in bioengineering and bio-based industries.
Pascal Malira
Electrical/Electronics engineer
Ir. Malira Amani Pascal, jeune ingénieur en génie électrique, né à Goma le 16 avril 1996 qui a fait ses études dans la ville de Goma, passant par l’école primaire KARISIMBI de 2002 à 2008 puis au collège Mwanga de 2008 à 2014 où il a obtenu son diplôme d’Etat en section Scientifique biochimie, Pascal est entrain de finir ses études universitaires l’ULPGL-Goma dans la faculté des sciences appliquées en Génie électrique et informatique, après avoir un diplôme de grade, Pascal fait son second cycle en génie électrique option Electronique durant l’année académique 2018-2019, puis en option électro-énergétique durant l’année académique 2019-2020. Sa passion principale est la recherche dans le domaine de l’électricité, aussi le domaine contrôle des processus industriels. A part l’électricité, étant un chrétien baptisé Pascal est passionné par la musique Gospel et sert le seigneur dans le groupe Gospel La Moisson qui œuvre dans la ville de Goma.
David Tusadiki
Mechanical Engineer
David TUSADIKI FAKANDI est un ingénieur en électromécanique détenteur d’un diplôme BAC+3 à la faculté polytechnique de la meilleure université de son pays depuis juillet 2019. Passionné par la mécanique et l’électricité depuis son enfance, il choisit de suivre son école secondaire en électricité industrielle à l’institut technique Fundi Maendeleo et poursuit ses études universitaires une année après l’obtention de son diplôme d’études secondaires à l’université de Lubumbashi en RDC. En février 2019, il choisit de passer son stage au sein de l’entreprise minière RUASHI Mining au département de mécanique afin d’acquérir la compétence pratique en mécanique en plus de sa connaissance pratique en électricité. En 2019, il est sélectionné parmi les meilleurs étudiants de la faculté polytechniques et est proposé, avec ses collègues, pour un programme de bourse d’étude locale lancé par l’entreprise minière MMG/ Kinsevere. Doué et d’esprit créatif dans l’autoapprentissage et la manipulation des logiciels de conception mécanique et électrique, il décroche son premier contrat ayant pour but la mise à jour des schémas d’installation de l’usine de l’entreprise FRONTIER, quelques mois avant la défense de son mémoire. L’ayant accompli avec succès, il est sollicité par la même entreprise pour le design des schémas électriques de la carrière. David Fakandi occupe son temps libre par la lecture et l’écoute de la musique classique. Son esprit ouvert à tous les possibles l’amène à se lancer des défis et les lever presque toujours.

Parfait LUTUNDULA is an optimistic, hardworking and a highly motivated person with a strong passion to build a sustainable world. In July 2019, he received a BSc in Electrical Engineering (with honours) at Sapientia Catholic University(Goma-DRC). Since then he was appointed Teaching Assistant at the same university, where he is conducting researches in the areas of power electronic, renewable energy and smart grid. He has served as an Energy Consultant of Tech_power services where he conducted many design project of rural electrification in DRC. In March 2020, he joined a team of Bora Technology, and he is currently working as an Electrical Engineer.
Joel Ilunga
Mechanical Engineer
Joël est un ingénieur électromécanicien passionné à l'étude des systèmes thermiques et à la climatisation. Il étudie et conçoit des projets dans la climatisation des differents batiments tout en évaluant des bilans thermiques et proposant les caractéristiques des appareils de climatisation à utiliser.
Joël s'interresse aussi à la refrigération industrielle et domestique pour lesquelles il a des connaissances avancées dans les pompes et compresseurs utilisés par ces systèmes.
Tout au long de ses activités professionnelles effectuées dans des entreprises minières, Joël a développé des compétences dans la maintenance et l'installation des pompes et compresseurs sur le plan industriel tout comme domestique.
Ces équipements fonctionnent grâce à l'electricité beaucoup plus dans l'alimentation et la commande des moteurs électriques, et Joël maitrise bien l'electricité à travers des nombreux travaux effectués sur des équipements et installations électriques.
Aristide Kambale

Aristide is a youth activist who enjoys solving problems and bringing ideas to life. He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science & engineering and currently pursuing his Masters's degree at The University of Edinburgh.
He has a strong passion for a safer environment for all species on earth both now and in the future. Thus, as an environmental analyst and researcher, he conducts and coordinates research activities to ensure there is much data available to help organizations reduce their carbon footprints whilst ensuring sustainability.

François A. Citera

François Citera is an economist by training. He graduated from the univeristé évangélique en Afrique. He previously worked in the financial and logistics department of Bralima, headquarters of Bukavu as an intern. He also attended several leadership training with civil society bodies in Goma. He is passionate about financial analysis and marketing, personal finance, investment and wealth management, and also in health and political economy.
